Seeking to close a perceived gap in luxury accommodations for golf and vacation travelers to North Scottsdale, MBA Development Partners has proposed creating a two-building development of 32 resort villas and 64 total spaces to be known as Troon North Villas.
This is the third time development has been proposed on the parcel at 10200 E. Dynamite Blvd. The last application, for a five-building multifamily project called Monument Club, was approved by the city in 2007.
