The real estate market in Phoenix hasn’t shown any dramatic changes in quite some time. We’re still in a seller’s market that is being bolstered by a lack of listing inventory. Sales have continued to be fairly strong in 2016.
If you want to sell a home this is a really good time! A lack of inventory, especially for properties under $400,000, is what has kept us in a seller’s market. There are fewer choices for buyers, and sellers have more control over the price they are willing to ask for and accept. In many cases sellers with updated and clean homes are receiving multiple offers for their property.
