Roosevelt Row group reverses, now backs Circles Records apartments, tax break

A Roosevelt Row neighborhood group has reversed its opposition to the 19-story apartment redevelopment and proposed property tax break at the Circles Records property in downtown Phoenix.

The Roosevelt Action Association, and its president Sherry Rampy now back Aspirant Development’s plans for an apartment building at the Circles property at Central Avenue and McKinley Street.

The Roosevelt Action group also backs Aspirant’s bid for a property tax break or GPLET for the same property.
