Gov. Doug Ducey on Monday declined to answer whether he supports a lawsuit challenging the state’s new minimum wage.
Business groups are suing to overturn Prop. 206, which passed with 58 percent of the vote. The state is a defendant in the suit, which is scheduled for arguments Tuesday before a Maricopa County Superior Court judge.
