The Town of Paradise Valley is set to review a final plat map for a parcel of land for the Paradise Valley Ritz-Carlton Resort.
The final plat is for a 66-lot development over 23.83-acre plot of land close to the intersection of Indian Bend Road and Mockingbird Lane in Paradise Valley.
The development would be a gated community with 66 detached single-family homes.
The entrance is located about 93 feet west from the call box and will include enough room for drivers to turn around in front of the gate, according to the town staff proposal.
The proposal states town staff recommends the town council approve the final plat of land but with some stipulations.
These stipulations include prior recording of the final plat to the town attorney, final improvements that address issues such as street improvements, water, drainage and easements, a submitting of approved plans and an electronic version of these plans for the town’s permanent record.
