Valley mayors, citizen wish lists for 2017

As 2016 comes to a close, Southeast Valley residents and leaders offered their wishes for the new year.

Look again at Apache Junction

One of my wishes as incoming mayor is to change non-residents’ perceptions of Apache Junction. We’re truly the most beautiful place in the Valley and many don’t realize it. Ringed with views of three different mountain ranges and having quick access to the Salt River lakes, your occular senses sometimes become immune to the spectacular views.

We’re also host to a growing artist community. The mountain seems to unleash the creativity in just about everyone, and we’ll soon be featuring a very unique display on our main drag. Make sure you check it out soon.
