Arizona State University’s capital plan for FY2017-2019 continues the institution’s solid construction and development path of recent years.

Ongoing Major Projects

The one-year plan for FY2017 shows two ongoing projects. The first, construction of the Biodesign C Facility on the Tempe campus creates a multi-functional research space. The 151KSF, four-story building will house research from the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, Fulton Schools of Engineering and the Biodesign Institute, and will feature a mix of lab spaces. Estimated total cost for the system revenue bond-funded development is $110M.
