Paradise Valley home sells for $12.75 million, the 3rd-priciest home sale in Arizona history

A group called Happily Ever After in Arizona on Friday bought the home near Camelback Mountain.

A buyer paid $12.75 million for a Paradise Valley mansion on Friday. It’s the third-priciest home sale in Arizona history.

The 14,150-square-foot-estate, near Camelback Mountain, comes with 12 bathrooms, seven suites, a guesthouse and an 11-car motor court.

The house also comes with a home theater, decked-out fitness center with steam room and sauna, basketball court, putting green, resort-style pool with an air-conditioned cabana and an 800-bottle wine cellar.
