Phoenix property owners reaping big benefits from Airbnb

New data looking at bookings and listings on home-sharing service Airbnb shows that property owners in Phoenix are reaping the benefits of renting out their spare rooms.

Airdna, which analyzes Airbnb’s bookings and listings, evaluated Phoenix’s top 10 performing listings of 2016 (up until November) in seven categories: shared room, private room, studio, one bedroom, two bedroom, three bedroom and four-plus bedroom.

The ranking was based on total revenues and total reviews.
