Westland Properties Group closes developed custom lot transaction

January 12, 2017 – Cachet Homes purchased 4 Developed 1+ Acre Custom Lots within the Sincuidados gated Master Plan, located at Lone Mountain Rd & Pima Rd, Scottsdale, Arizona.  The purchase price was $980,000 | $245,000/Developed Custom Lot.  This sale represents the second of 3 takedowns for a total of 16 Lots.  The Seller was Wallace Desert Gardens.  Grant D. Helgeson, Don McCaul and Brian Beard of the Westland Properties Group represented both parties in this transaction.
