“Global Water was a great partner of the city, they did a lot of great things, but at some point in time that train fell off the tracks,” Marty McDonald said. “There are great people that work at Global Water, but the company has a very poor reputation in the community.”
Hundreds of people packed City Hall Tuesday for a two-hour special meeting so the Maricopa City Council could hear comments from residents about their plethora of issues with the local water provider, Global Water.
