Dear Governor Ducey: We don’t like these regulations

Mitch Levy runs a wine tasting room, Burning Tree Cellars, in Cottonwood. The 60-year-old disabled veteran opened the business nearly 10 years ago.

But he’s facing an uncertain future because of some license regulation changes, so he sent Gov. Doug Ducey an email, hoping to find some relief.

Ducey last month asked Arizonans to tell him what regulations they want sent to the scrap heap, and the people delivered.

Levy sent in a suggestion to redtape.az.gov, a “regulation rollback” Website the Governor’s Office set up after the State of the State address to capture complaints on regulations.
