According to the Northern Arizona Multiple Listing Service, the median price of a home in Flagstaff has recovered by nearly 80 percent from the bottom of the median price market in 2012 to the peak of the market in 2006.
According to NAMLS, the median sales price of a detached, single-family home in Flagstaff was $379,000 in 2006, $252,000 in 2012 and $352,000 in 2016.
