GoDaddy founder Bob Parsons, a billionaire whose Phoenix-area ventures include golf, motorcycles and real estate, plans to build a small shopping and dining hub in north Scottsdale, according to documents filed with the city.
YAM Properties, the real-estate arm of Parsons’ business network, is proposing a 17,800-square-foot project with four buildings for shops or restaurants at Hayden Road and Northsight Boulevard, plans show.
The complex, called YAM Circle, would replace the former Harley-Davidson of Scottsdale building on the west side of the intersection. The Harley dealership, also owned by Parsons, relocated to an adjacent corner in 2015.
