Home Builder Taylor Morrison is about to start construction on a new project with 24 urban-style, three-story homes at Miller and Osborn roads.
Prices will start in the mid $500,000s for the houses in the development called Treo.
Scottsdale-based Taylor Morrison has built similar homes in downtown Houston and Costa Mesa, Calif.
“More than ever, homebuyers are looking for walkable city locations where they can enjoy being at home and still take advantage of a rich city life,” said Todd Hahn, vice president of sales and marketing for Taylor Morrison’s Phoenix division.
