National apartment developer Alliance Residential brings 1,300 new units to its own backyard

Phoenix-based Alliance Residential Co. — the largest apartment developer in the U.S. — is bringing more than 1,300 new units to its hometown market.

Alliance already has 42 apartment complexes in the Phoenix market and is adding more under its Broadstone brand.

“The metro Phoenix area has proven to be a thriving business environment which continues to support development of Class A residential communities,” said Ian Swiergol, managing director for Alliance Residential Co. “Residents are attracted to properties with finishes and amenities that match or mirror the high-end nature of their locations. “
