Among several potential issues that could be vexing to Pinal County Supervisor Mike Goodman this year is whether or not San Tan Valley will vote to become a city.
Goodman and his fellow supervisors spoke to a Pinal Partnership breakfast audience at the Windmill Winery Friday morning. The District 2 supervisor noted at last month’s breakfast, where new mayors were featured, San Tan Valley wasn’t at the table because it’s not a city, although it has more than 100,000 people. Goodman said there’s interest in incorporation, but the community has a problem with misinformation going around.
