Two Austin-based grocery chains are closing locations in Arizona.
Whole Foods Market Inc. (NASDAQ: WFM), Austin’s largest publicly traded company, announced it would close nine locations in Arizona, Georgia, Colorado, California, Illinois, New Mexico and Utah.
KPNX 12 News reported that Whole Foods’ Prescott location is the Arizona location that will close. It will close its doors by end of day today, Feb. 10.
Whole Foods now has 10 Arizona locations.
