Eloy council looks to fill seat after Nagy resignation

The Eloy City Council is looking to fill the seat recently vacated by Joseph R. Nagy, who resigned in February.

For the next two weeks the city will be soliciting letters of interest and resumes from parties interested in taking up Nagy’s mantle.

After council members have received all the resumes they will deliberate in executive session and interview the candidates they find suitable, explained City Manager Harvey Krauss. The council will then appoint the new city council member in a public meeting.
