A newly revised plat will affect 260 acres and five lots at PhoenixMart

Add another chapter to the PhoenixMart story.
City planning and zoning commissioners voted Thursday to revise the preliminary plat in order to accommodate sewer, drainage and well sites.
Casa Grande City Planner James Gagliardi said the change was needed to ensure that Arizona Water Company had enough space to build a treatment facility and storage tanks as well as having enough space to build water and sewer lines. The newly revised plat will affect 260 acres and five lots, he said.
