The ‘Flintstone House’ outside of San Francisco has finally found a buyer after two years

The house of your Fred Flintstone dreams has finally found a buyer after two years on the market and two price cuts.

“The Flintstone House,” located in Hillsborough, Calif., an upscale suburb of San Francisco, was put on the market in September 2015 for $4.2 million, according to San Francisco Realtor Judy Meuschke of Alain Pinel Realtors, who is listing the house. The home’s listing site has since been updated to say “sale pending,” and was most recently listed at $3.19 million.

The property is located just off Highway 280 in one of the wealthiest communities in America. The town has the highest income of any U.S. municipality with a population of at least 10,000. The median sales price for homes in Hillsborough is $4.37 million, according to Trulia.
