Pulte Homes assembles new 144-lot subdivision in Marana

Pulte Home Company has closed on 72-acres at Camino De Oeste in two separate transactions. The aggregate purchase price was $3.33 million ($23,094 per lot). The new community is located between Camino De Oeste and Hartman Lane in Marana, north of Cortaro Farms Road.

Ben Becker and Adam Becker with CBRE in Tucson represented Pulte in both transactions. The deal had been in escrow since October 2015 with Pulte rezoning the property from ‘C’ to R-6 and obtaining preliminary plat approval for 144 SFR lots. Approval of the final plat will now be submitted.
