More for-rent single family homes are being built

The trend of for-rent single-family homes is continuing in the Phoenix market with two new for lease subdivisions in the East Valley.

Arizona-based NexMetro Communities is opening two new developments in Gilbert and Queen Creek. It has plans for 13 new developments by 2020 and is looking to grow in the Texas market.

The trend for new, for-rent detached homes being leased has gained popularity since the last recession and real estate crash.
