California developers land $400,000 urban homes near Biltmore, Camelback Road

25th Street and Campbell Road in central Phoenix

Two California developers are landing a new high-end urban living project has in Phoenix near the Biltmore Fashion Park and the busy 24th Street and Camelback Road area.

Family Development and Presidio Residential Capital have opened the 2-acre Encue. The 46-home development is at 25th Street and Campbell Road in central Phoenix.
