David Weekley Homes, the nation’s largest private home builder, has released a new phase of 56 homesites in the active adult community of Victory at Verrado. Situated on 80-foot homesites, Victory at Verrado homes from Encore by David Weekley Homes will start from the $465s.
Encore by David Weekley Homes will comprise seven single-level floor plan options on 56 homesites. Weekley’s designs will range from 2,600 to 3,600 square feet of living space and include two to five bedrooms, two to five full bathrooms and two- to three-car garages.
As part of the 55+ lifestyle community, Weekley’s offerings within Victory at Verrado are one-story and are situated on manageable homesites. The two fully-furnished model homes, The Fruition and The Serendipity, are situated on golf course homesites and will be available for tours this winter.
