Developer, Havasu economic leaders join discussion on The Villas project

Officials from the Lake Havasu City Partnership for Economic Development on Wednesday met to discuss a new Havasu foothills housing development with representatives from Janecek Homes.

The meeting was broadcast in a live stream, and Havasu’s real estate community was eager to see what the company has in store for the The Villas, a residential community adjacent to the lavish community of Havasu Foothills. The PED’s Tom Gray and Janecek’s Erik Gedalje sat down to discuss their hopes for the development, and how it relates to Havasu’s economic future.
