Here are the first tenants at Agritopia’s $75M Epicenter project in Gilbert

Epicenter, the 19-acre, $75 million mixed-use center coming to Gilbert’s Agritopia, has just announced some of its first signed tenants.

The goal for the 19.7-acre, four-story development, expected to break ground this fall, is to have majority, if not all, local tenants.

“That experience of street front retail, when it’s started by locals, whether it’s South Congress in Austin or downtown Denver, inevitably the nationals want to feed off that because the consumer goes there and they’re trying to catch that consumer in the area,” Casey Treadwell of Vintage Partners, who’s consulting on the development and helping land some tenants, told the Phoenix Business Journal last month.
