Glendale City Council approves Cadence at Park Paseo

Council gave unanimous approval to the new K-Hovnanian Homes Cadence at Park Paseo near the north side of Grandview Road at 73rd Avenue in the Sahuaro District during the Aug. 8 meeting.

“This is an in-fill project for approximately 8.2 acres that will be medium-density residential homes,” Planning Director Jon Froke said. “They are planning 50 single-family residential lots with an average lot size of 3,541 square feet.”

K-Hovnanian Homes is the builder and will have 2.24 acres of planned open space, which is more than 25 percent of the project.
