Trump officially announces his candidacy for President, and promises that he will “build a great wall, and nobody builds walls better than me…I will have Mexico pay for that wall. Mark my words.”
On MSNBC, Trump says the wall would cost “probably $8 billion, which is a tiny fraction of the money that we lose with Mexico…Mexico is going to pay for the wall.”
