Arizona Association of Realtors executive reviews legislative work

An Arizona Association of Realtors executive gave members an update on the organization’s current legislative efforts, which included reviewing over 1,000 pieces of legislation affecting the real estate industry.

Nicole LaSlavic, vice president of government affairs, recently spoke at the group’s 2017 caucus about the organization’s legislative priorities.

LaSlavic discussed four main bills that the association was involved with over the past year. Those included bills regarding real estate licensing and exemptions, real estate transaction for manufactured homes, the incorporation of urbanized areas and a bill dealing with forcible entries, according to a press release.
