Eloy gives back land to housing authority

Officials are sorting out confusion over addresses and land ownership for some public housing that has been in existence since the 1960s.

The Eloy Housing Authority started doing title searches when it found that four properties that were developed in the 1960s were still owned by the city of Eloy rather then by the Eloy Housing Authority, which is a separate entity.
