PHOENIX — A building that began its life as a train station in a northern Arizona town and is now a home in Phoenix has been listed for $1 million.

The home near State Route 51 and Northern Avenue features three bedrooms and three bathrooms in about 2,600 square feet.

It also sits on a lot that is bigger than one acre.

The train depot was built in Mayer in 1898. In 1963, architect Fred Guirey had it loaded on a truck and moved it to its current location.
