Winner of HGTV smart home in north Scottsdale puts it on market

The Wisconsin women who won HGTV’s luxury home in north Scottsdale has decided to sell it.

The asking price is $1.25 million, according to Valley real-estate agent Jason Mitchell, who has the listing.
