The Apache Junction Mayor and City Council met for a work session “retreat” on October 20 at the Superstition Mountain Campus of Central Arizona College.

The agenda for the day included a review of the recent Community Town Hall participant comments, creating drafts of new vision and mission statements, updating the city’s current work plan and establishing priorities. “It was a truly positive session,” said Council Member Robin Barker. “We are on the same page, it turns out, and I left feeling like we accomplished a lot.”
