Robson Ranch expansion plans approved

With Propositions 416 and 417 coming up for a vote Nov. 7, the City Council is working on its own road and land improvements in Eloy.

First the council approved the rezoning of a section of land at the northwest corner of Sunshine Boulevard and Frontier Street. The Planning and Zoning Commission also approved this and gave it a good word before it went before the council.

By approving this rezoning, the new property owner will be able to replace the existing chainlink fence with a masonry wall and provide some landscaping to the land as well.
