U.S. Rep. Andy Biggs (R-Ariz.) joined two of his colleagues Friday in filing a House resolution to ask special counsel Robert Mueller to resign because of a conflict of interest.

The resolution, authored by Florida Rep. Matt Gaetz, accused Mueller of having a conflict of interest because he was the head of the Federal Bureau of Investigation when former President Barack Obama’s administration approved the Uranium One deal in 2010.
