Grand Canyon University reconsiders nonprofit status, embarks on $100M in construction projects

Grand Canyon University is revisiting pursuing nonprofit status at a time when its parent company’s stock continues to soar.

Owned and operated by Phoenix-based Grand Canyon Education Inc. (Nasdaq: LOPE), GCU is growing in enrollment and reputation, taking advantage of huge revenue growth to solidify its brand.
