McFarland kicks off re-election campaign for Casa Grande mayor

Casa Grande’s mayor is seeking re-election.

At a campaign kickoff event Thursday, Mayor Craig McFarland announced his intentions to seek another term.

Among the achievements he said he’s most proud of, he touted the economic activity in Casa Grande, saying that Casa Grande is “open for business!”

McFarland told PinalCentral that continuing to work with existing businesses as well as attracting new business to the area will be important during his second term, should he be re-elected. He said he’s also concerned with marketing Casa Grande to continue to attract businesses and prospective employees for those companies.
