Former Arizona Corporation Commissioner Bill Mundell is running again for the five-member regulatory board that regulates utilities and other businesses in the state.
The Arizona Corporation Commission’s regulations of the Arizona Public Service Co. utility and APS profits, its CEO salary and its campaign contributions in ACC races could again be at the forefront of the 2018 election.
Mundell is a Democrat. All five ACC seats are currently held by Republicans. Mundell said his campaign will highlight the “culture of corruption” on the ACC.
