Cost estimates and program and partnership ideas for a Phoenix-based, city-supported Latino Cultural Center project are beginning to take shape.
A feasibility report presented during a Phoenix City Council subcommittee meeting Oct. 25 included two building cost figures, both of which surpass the approximately $1.4 million in bond money set aside for a facility promoting Latino culture.
