‘Waiting for the other shoe to drop:’ How stocks and Trump still create jitters for real estate and economy

The U.S. economy is at 3 percent GDP growth, unemployment is at a 17-year low, corporate earnings are strong and the Dow Jones Industrial Average and stocks have been hitting record highs all year.

But Mark Singerman said economic sentiment isn’t necessarily helping spur real estate and business decisions.
