Coolidge council continues rezoning push

The city of Coolidge is continuing efforts to attract industrial developments to the area through Pinal Land Holdings.

During Monday’s City Council meeting, the council approved three ordinances rezoning land owned by the company from Agricultural to General Industrial (I-1).

The first property, located south of Selma Highway near Cornman Road, consists of approximately 938 acres. A public hearing for the rezoning was held Wednesday during a planning and zoning meeting.
