Phase One of the 164-unit apartment complex renovation project of the GC Square Apartments near GCU

Caliber and its subsidiaries have embarked on a renovation project that will transform a nearly 45-year-old off-campus apartment community near Grand Canyon University (GCU) into a gated community with resort-style amenities.

Phase One of the 164-unit apartment complex renovation project of the GC Square Apartments near GCU in Phoenix will be complete next month. Leasing for 80 units of student housing is now underway.
