Even as the release of “Hamilton” tickets Monday had people frantically tapping and clicking, the second-hottest ticket in Phoenix also went on sale.
And within hours nearly all of those tickets were gone, scooped up by fans clamoring to see an inanimate object appearing in an unlimited engagement.
At 6 a.m. Monday, Dec. 11, the Tovrea Carraro Society released tickets for fall 2018 tours of Tovrea Castle and its grounds. Anyone who called the society heard a recorded message saying that tours sell out six to eight months in advance.
