Sanford Roth and his wife, Marcia, were living in Rochester, Minn., when they decided they’d had enough of the weather. ‘It’s a little too cold in Rochester,’ says Dr. Roth. They moved to Arizona where Mrs. Roth found this Midcentury Modern home built around 1964 in Paradise Valley.
