Mesa lands data center in Elliot Road Tech Corridor

A new data center development is coming to Mesa in the Elliot Road Tech Corridor on a long-dormant parcel of land once slated to become a regional shopping and employment center.

EdgeConneX, a global technology company headquartered in Herndon, Virginia, plans to build a data center on over 150 acres of land on Elliot Road just west of Loop 202 that it owns through an entity called Loop 202 & Elliot Road LLC.

The facility will be EdgeConnex’s second East Valley location, as the company already operates a 79,200-square-foot data center in Tempe.
