PhoenixMart continues toward completion, and removal of the fence around the property is another indication, officials said.

Troy Corder, a spokesman for AZ Sourcing, the parent company of PhoenixMart, told PinalCentral the chain-link fence that had surrounded the perimeter of the unfinished warehouse was removed because the company has transitioned to video camera monitoring at the site.

Corder said the cameras are designed to make the building secure as the company enters into the next phase of construction.
