Senior facility near ASU’s Tempe campus to break ground next month

When you think of college students, senior citizens may not be the first thing that comes to mind. But a new housing facility on Arizona State University’s Tempe campus could soon change that.

Workers are expected to break ground on Mirabella at ASU, a “continuing care retirement community,” in February. The facility will be located at the corner of Mill Avenue and University Drive in Tempe.
