Small infill residential project moving forward in North Peoria

The Peoria Planning and Zoning Commission recommended to city council a rezoning of a 2.25 infill parcel to allow for a six-lot residential development near the northeast corner of 99th Avenue and Hedge Hog Place.

The commission recommended the property to be rezoned from General Agricultural to Single-Family Residential, Jan. 18.
