GOODYEAR, Ariz. (January 30, 2018) – The opening of “Cordoba at Montecito in Estrella” marks the sixth neighborhood by William Ryan Homes in the Goodyear master-planned community. The award-winning new homebuilder has constructed more than 250 homes in Estrella since 2007, and at full buildout, Cordoba will add 83 additional homes to the mix. Cordoba is the third active William Ryan Homes development in the community, joining Tranquility at Montecito and Golf Ridge at Mountain Ranch in Estrella.
